Palette Pilot Pro Terms
Effective date: July 14, 2026
1. Pro license
A valid Palette Pilot Pro license unlocks the advertised Pro features. One license may be active on up to three installations at the same time. You may deactivate an installation to free a slot. License keys must not be resold, publicly shared, or used to bypass activation limits.
2. Lifetime purchase
Palette Pilot Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. Lifetime access means access to Palette Pilot Pro for as long as the product remains offered and supported, subject to these terms and applicable law.
3. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law, the purchase record, and the circumstances of the request. Contact stefan@optiflowz.com with the purchase email. Approved refunds disable the related Pro license.
4. Availability and updates
Browser and operating-system restrictions can affect color picking or other features. We may improve, replace, or discontinue individual Pro features when required for security, browser compatibility, or product maintenance.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the licensing service, forge entitlements, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, or use a license obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized distribution.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optiflowz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the extension. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Privacy and contact
Use of Palette Pilot Pro is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Palette Pilot is provided by Optiflowz LLC. Questions can be sent to stefan@optiflowz.com.
