Tab Volume Manager Pro Terms

1. Pro license
A valid Tab Volume Manager Pro license unlocks the Pro features included with the purchased plan. A license may be active on up to three installations at the same time. You may deactivate an installation to free a slot. License keys must not be resold, publicly shared, or used to bypass activation limits.
2. Purchase and billing
New Pro licenses cost $12.49 USD as a one-time payment, with no automatic renewal. Lifetime access includes Pro features and future Pro updates for as long as Tab Volume Manager remains offered and supported. Previously purchased licenses remain valid under their original billing terms; existing subscriptions can still be cancelled through the billing portal.
3. Managing your purchase
You can use your license key on the Tab Volume Manager website or inside the extension to open the Stripe billing portal. The portal can be used to view purchase information and invoices, or cancel a previously purchased subscription.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law, the purchase record, and the circumstances of the request. Use the contact page and include the purchase email and plan. Approved refunds disable the related Pro license.
5. Availability and updates
Browser and website restrictions can affect whether audio processing is available on a particular page. We may improve, replace, or discontinue individual Pro features when required for security, browser compatibility, or product maintenance.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the licensing service, forge entitlements, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, or use a license obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized distribution.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optiflowz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the extension. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy and contact
Use of Tab Volume Manager Pro is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Tab Volume Manager is provided by Optiflowz LLC. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
